A walkthrough of my process for using Stable Diffusion image generating AI to quickly create a tabletop RPG or VTT (virtual tabletop) fantasy isometric battlemap for my chatGPT generated D&D adventure (other roleplaying games are available, we’re watching you WotC, do the right thing and reaffirm the OGL 1.0a).
In this video I run through step by step how the process of generating the isometric battlemap for the encounter. Using a text prompt to generate seed images and then iterating though image to image, inpainting, outpainting and upscaling to arrive at the finished battlemap in a fraction of the time it would take to draft by hand.
